Safety & compliance

Safe vehicle. Safe cargo. Safe delivery.

Safety is an integral part of our operations.

Our focus

Checked before the vehicle moves

Eight areas that form part of planning and running every consignment.

01

Vehicle fitness and documentation

Vehicle condition and paperwork are checked as part of placing a vehicle on a movement.

02

Driver documentation

Driver licensing and documentation are verified before a vehicle is deployed.

03

Safe loading practices

Loading is supervised so weight is distributed correctly for the vehicle and the route.

04

Cargo securing

Lashing and securing appropriate to the cargo type, its dimensions and the distance travelled.

05

Route planning

Routes assessed for height, width, weight limits and site access before despatch.

06

Regulatory compliance

Movements are arranged in line with applicable transport and permit requirements.

07

Vehicle tracking and coordination

Vehicle position and progress are tracked and communicated through the movement.

08

Safe delivery at site

Coordination continues through unloading at the customer or project location.

Why it matters

Every shipment carries more than cargo

A consignment represents a production schedule, a project commitment and a customer's reputation. Handling it safely is the first requirement, not an added service.

Our commitment

SAFE CARGO • RIGHT VEHICLE • ON-TIME DELIVERY

How we handle issues

Where an issue arises during a movement, it is taken up in order of impact on the cargo and the delivery schedule, during business hours, with the customer kept informed. Coordination continues from vehicle placement through to unloading at the customer or project location.

SAFE CARGO • RIGHT VEHICLE • ON-TIME DELIVERY

Moving something that cannot go wrong?

Send us the cargo details and the site constraints. We will plan the vehicle and the route around them.
